1. How do I advertise my property/sublet for free?
- The site offers free postings for landlords and students.
From the menu at the top, click "Post My Place" and fill in the form displayed.
You must register in order to place a property.

3. The list is too long, how do I filter the results?
- Use either quick search ("Search" in the main menu) or advanced search ("Advanced Search") to limit your search.

4. How can I add a property to my own short list?
- When you are on a property page, you will see in the upper right corner a link that says "Add to my short list".
You must have an account to use this feature. You can add as many properties as you want to your short list and
browse them from "My Account" page on your next visit.

5. How can I find listings only for a certain term?
- Go to "Advanced Search" in the main menu and choose an appropriate range of dates for the "available date" fields.
Available date means the date you can move in to the properties; hence, in order to find places for a Fall term,
you may want to choose the range between mid-August and beginning of September.

6. How can I sort the list of properties?
- The list can be sorted to suit your individual needs.
In the table that contains the list of properties, simply click the name of the column you want to sort by.
Clicking the same column again will reverse the order of the sorting.

7. How can I see bus routes of Waterloo region?
- Below the main map that shows property icons, you will see a check mark that says "Show/Hide bus routes".
Click the checkbox to either show or hide the bus routes. Please note the bus routes are subject to change
and we strongly recommend that you confirm with property owner before deciding to move in.

8. How do I find local businesses around a property?
- Below the main Google Map used to display properties, click the links for "Grocery", "Movies", etc. to display
grocery stores or movie theatres in the area currently being shown on the map.
You may drag the map to a different area and perform the same search to view businesses in the new area.
To search businesses not defined, please enter in the textbox provided (i.e. "Laundry").
