Tips to Subletting Your Place
Having trouble subletting your place? Try using some of the tips here.
If you look at the top of any property listing you will see a link that says "Share on Facebook". You can use this link to share your property to all your friends on Facebook. All you have to do is click the link, login, and hit Post. After that everyone you know on facebook will see your property posting.
Post on other free sites
Try posting your property to free websites such as Kijiji or Craigslist
Instant Messaging
Another easy way to advertise your posting is to display the link to your sublet in your display name on MSN or other IM service. You can easily get a link to your property listing by copying the text in the URL textbox located under Rental Information.
Upload Photos
People will always be curious about how a place looks, so be sure to upload photos of your sublet. Uploading photos isn't hard and is a great way to make your posting look more appealing.
Update Often
If you are still having trouble finding a person to sublet your place to be sure to compare your listing to others on this site. If people aren't that interested in your sublet then it may be time to update your listing and modify things like prices, lease agreements, available date, utilities and other attributes for your property.
